No Appointment or Call Ahead Needed

We understand that convenience and flexibility are key when urgent medical issues arise, which is why our urgent care center is open 7 days a week and gladly accepts walk-in patients.

Budget Friendly

Not only do we accept most insurances, but because of our affiliation with Palmetto Primary Care Physicians – your co-pay when visiting us is the same standard primary care visit co-pay. 

On-Site Lab & Imaging Available

Our facility is equipped with all of the necessary lab and imaging equipment to provide you with the best quality of care for those urgent needs that may require an x-ray or blood tests.

Coordinated follow-up care with your primary care provider

Our affiliation with Palmetto Primary Care Physicians (PPCP) means that your medical visit, along with your test results and notes will be shared with your PPCP medical provider. *Only available if you are an established patient of Palmetto Primary Care Physicians.

Urgent Care vs. Emergency Room

It can be difficult to know when you should visit an urgent care center or when you should head to the Emergency Room, here are a few pointers:


Visit an Urgent Care Center When…

  • Sprains and strains

  • Back pain or joint pain

  • Minor broken bones (i.e. finger, arm, ankle, lower leg, foot)

  • Cuts requiring stitches

  • Minor burns

  • Minor rashes or skin infections

  • Poison ivy/oak/sumac

  • Asthma attack/shortness of breath

  • Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhea

  • Kidney stones

  • Gout attack

  • Abdominal pain

  • Sexually transmitted infection exposure

  • Sudden sickness or illnesses:

    • Flu or flu-like symptoms, cold/cough

    • Urinary tract infection

    • Bronchitis

    • Strep throat (sore throat)

    • Pink eye (conjunctivitis)

    • Earache

    • Sinus infection

Visit the EMERGENCY ROOM or Call 911 when…

  • Heavy bleeding of any kind

  • Large open wounds

  • Chest pain that started today

  • Major burns greater than 12 inches and loss of skin

  • Major broken bones (i.e. leg, hip, neck, back, pelvis, thigh)

  • Spinal injuries or severe head injuries

  • Stroke symptoms

  • Heart attack symptoms

  • Suicidal or homicidal thoughts

  • Drug overdose (accidental or intentional)

  • Snake bites OR exposure to rabid animal

  • Allergic reaction to bees, ants, peanuts, etc

  • Fall from greater than 3ft or 5 stairs and if on a blood thinner

  • Severe low blood sugar (<70 despite 3 attempts to increase)

  • Symptoms of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) (i.e. nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, weakness, confusion, and blood sugars >400)

  • Severe drug allergies – lip or tongue swelling or difficulty breathing

  • Severe or debilitating pain

  • Pregnancy related pain or bleeding
